The bet, in five lines

Raise. One raise per wallet, at least 1,000 RAISEFOLD. Eight slots on the bench, open until the first raise folds.
The clock. When a round's clock runs out, the lowest raise folds. A tie folds the later raise. Anyone can call it; nothing folds with fewer than two raises in.
The split. 95% of the folded raise splits evenly across every raise still on the bench. 5% goes to the pot.
Raise more. Add to your raise any time before the clock runs out so you are not the lowest.
Last raise. The last raise standing takes its own raise back plus the whole pot, on top of every split it collected. Then a fresh bench opens.

Worked example

Raises of 40,000 · 22,000 · 12,000 · 6,000. The clock runs out and the 6,000 folds: 5,700 splits three ways, 1,900 to each raise still in; 300 goes to the pot.

Round two: the 12,000 folds. 11,400 splits two ways, 5,700 each. Round three: the 22,000 folds and the 40,000 is paid 20,900, then takes its own 40,000 back and the 2,000 pot: 70,500 in all.
